We intend to become the first choice project solution provider for the food industry, grow significantly over the coming years and expand our current highly skilled team.  We are creating the new, exciting role of Client Solutions Manager as a catalyst for change.   We see the role as fundamental in helping to shape and support the strategic development of IFP.

The role is primarily about establishing strong links with new food industry clients and effective marketing of our offering to create significant new business opportunities. In time we expect the position to be IFP’s primary interface with our growing client portfolio.

We are looking for either an experienced candidate with a proven track record or someone with the personality and skills to rise to the challenge and grow into the role (to make the role their own?). Based at our East Midlands offices we expect that the role would involve significant travel to truly engage with and understand the requirements of our clients.

Join our small, high calibre Project Management team at IFP.  Our PMs work closely with our ‘blue chip’ food industry clients, co-ordinating diverse and challenging projects where delivery of quality solutions is paramount.  We are looking for client-focused candidates with excellent PM skills, drive and determination and the ability to maintain our high standards.

The work is tough but rewarding.  We have an immediate requirement for candidates with food process knowledge and are ready to talk to dynamic individuals who have the right attitude and experience to share in our growth and future success.  The role is based at our East Midlands HQ.
